Job Title: HR Operations & Payroll Specialist

Location: Remote - Must be located in EGYPT

Work Hours: Full-time, flexible with overlap across time zones as required


Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, and employee lifecycle administration. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data management, compliance with labor laws, and smooth execution of HR procedures across the company.


Key Responsibilities:


1- Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including earnings, deductions, overtime, and variable payments.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure alignment on salary transfers, tax calculations, and statutory payments.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

2- HR Operations

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, timekeeping, and prepare accurate monthly HR reports.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract preparation, renewals, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to internal procedures.

3- Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all HR operations comply with local labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of statutory changes and implement required adjustments.
  • Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave balance, payroll reports, etc.).

4- Employee Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, leaves, policies, and HR processes.
  • Provide timely responses and ensure strong internal customer service.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll cycles.
  • Excellent Excel skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
