About the role:

As an HR Intern, you will support recruitment operations and candidate engagement, primarily through LinkedIn, while maintaining accurate tracking and contributing to a professional and consistent candidate experience. This role is well-suited to students interested in human resources, people operations, and organisational development.

This role may also suit students seeking volunteer-style HR experience.


Key responsibilities:

• Support candidate sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn

• Maintain structured recruitment trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups

• Attend weekly meetings with the Branch Manager

• Support internal HR communications and documentation
