Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Manage job postings across various platforms
Coordinate with candidates and maintain communication flow
Support in onboarding and documentation
Maintain and update HR databases & trackers
Assist in employee engagement activities

🎯 Requirements:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR processes
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
Available for a minimum 3-month commitment
