Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an HR (Fresher) at MarsDevs. The HR (Fresher) will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientations
  • Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and databases
  • Participating in employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and training programs
  • Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends
  • Assisting with the coordination of training and development programs
  • Providing support for HR communication and internal announcements
  • Participating in meetings and taking minutes
  • Contributing to the maintenance of HR documentation and files


Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's or Master's degree program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of HR practices, principles, and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to work
