Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Remote (reporting to HR in California Office)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday Friday (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $5$7/hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR Manager, in day-to-day administrative and HR-related functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong English communication skills (verbal & written) and organizational skills, and some prior experience in HR, to become part of a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Help schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions
Respond to company/employee inquiries
Assist with document management and file organization examples: Health Benefits, Report cards, and SOP's,
Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR team and other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in using spreadsheets, online tools, and HR software
Prior Experience In HR Or Administrative Support Preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the HR Lead
Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
Compensation & Schedule:
$5$7/hour depending on experience
40 hours per week (Monitask Time Tracker)
Monday to Friday, working U.S. business hours
