About the Role

AlignHR Solutions is seeking a Fractional HR Assistant to support a variety of day-to-day HR functions in a remote, part-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, follow-through, and supporting the operational side of HR in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The HR Assistant will work closely with leadership to help maintain efficient HR processes, support compliance efforts, and contribute to a positive and well-structured employee experience across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR records, files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support HRIS processes and digital workflow management
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee support tasks
  • Coordinate training logistics and help support employee development initiatives
  • Provide administrative support across core HR functions and day-to-day operations
  • Help ensure consistency, organization, and compliance in HR processes
  • Support evolving HR priorities in a growing and dynamic consulting environment

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR administration
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and digital HR processes
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and employee support practices
  • Ability to assist with coordination of training and HR programs
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Experience supporting multi-state HR processes is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
