Responsibilities
This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must have a dedicated space in their residence to perform the role successfully and are expected to be on camera during training and nesting periods. The team provides support 24/7 in some countries, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each one is resolved with a high degree of problem-solving and customer focus.
- Receive and address inquiries primarily via phone, chats, and emails as the first point of contact for Leave and Disability-related inquiries.
- Resolve inquiries by referring to available documentation and escalate when necessary.
- Build trust through empathetic, personalized conversations by adapting case management plans to meet employee needs.
- Respond to issues arising during leave events and ensure proper communication and documentation.
- Use judgment and critical thinking to balance process adherence with employee needs for disability, leave, and accommodation requests.
- Consult and collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policies.
- Experience in HR and customer service, including phones and chat.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy.
- Research skills to find answers and information.
- Experience dealing with customers and utilizing empathy skills.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing workloads and manage contacts in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with strict adherence to data privacy.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
