IT Help Desk Technician

(Remote | EST Hours)


A large, global organization is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join its remote support team.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering a high-quality end-user experience. You’ll provide frontline technical support for systems, hardware, software, and remote access while partnering with cross-functional IT teams to ensure timely resolution.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and remote access issues
  • Document and manage tickets through a service desk system
  • Escalate and coordinate complex issues across IT teams
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
  • Monitor trends and help improve service delivery standards


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year of IT support experience (internship experience will be considered)
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar preferred)
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and document management systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
