HEDIS NURSE

Position: Quality Assurance Nurse Reviewer (Overread Team)

Term: 6 Months

Schedule: 8 AM - 4:30 PM Local Time

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) with a passion for quality improvement and experience in HEDIS medical record review? We have an exciting remote opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform quality assurance overreads on abstracted medical records to ensure accuracy.
• Validate and enter data from both electronic and paper medical records into databases.
• Collaborate with the HEDIS team to support quality improvement and reporting efforts.
• Meet productivity and accuracy requirements, maintaining a 95% or higher quality reliability score.
• Communicate effectively with team members, ensuring patient information is kept confidential.
• What We’re Looking For:
• RN or LPN/LVN license required.
• 3-5 years of recent experience in HEDIS medical record review (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
