Head of Risk Technology

We are seeking a Head of Risk Technology for a fintech startup in Mexico offering fast and convenient lending services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business processes for risk management using Camunda from scratch.
• Implement risk management strategies, develop and deploy risk rules and machine learning models, and conduct A/B testing.
• Collaborate with the IT team to define requirements and optimize processes.
• Participate in testing and implementing new solutions aimed at improving decision-making systems.
• Serve as the center of expertise for the decision-making process in Risk Management.
• Proactively modify and refine the decision-making system to achieve minimal SLA changes and enhance the overall system resilience.

Requirements:

• Experience leading a decision-making system.
• Experience with BPMN systems.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Understanding of decision-making systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• English B1

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Camunda/FICO.
• Experience implementing decision-making systems from scratch.
