SimplyVital is one of our flagship brands, currently generating $25M in annual revenue and entering its next stage of growth. Our ambition is bold: scale Amazon to $200M while building a true omnichannel ecosystem (Amazon, Meta, TikTok, affiliates), without compromising premium brand positioning.

We believe Amazon is not a "black box" or a lottery — it is a structured demand engine driven by keywords, traffic, pricing, content, and execution excellence. We are looking for a Head of E-commerce who treats Amazon as a business, not just a sales channel, and is ready to fully own its growth and profitability.

What you'll be doing:

  • Fully own Amazon as a business unit: P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and margin discipline across the entire portfolio, including new product launches.
  • Build and execute clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth plans focused on real execution, not presentations.
  • Lead Amazon PPC at an expert-supervisor level: challenge strategies, run performance deep-dives with the team, and translate keyword strategy into ranking, conversion, and scalable growth.
  • Own keyword strategy, ranking mechanics, and white-hat growth approaches for hero SKUs and new launches, with a precise understanding of traffic volumes and conversion drivers.
  • Set and enforce a high bar for account management excellence: catalog hygiene, variations, troubleshooting, appeals, and communication with Seller Support and SAS.
  • Own premium brand presentation and conversion on Amazon: main images, A+ content, Brand Store, video, and a structured A/B testing pipeline for hero visuals.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a cross-functional Amazon team, setting clear KPIs, priorities, and operational rhythm

What we're looking for:

  • You have at least doubled revenue or profit and crossed the $25M+ mark — ideally more than once in your career.
  • Strong experience in Beauty / Cosmetics (highly preferred due to emotional purchasing behavior and brand signaling)
  • Deep expertise built inside the Amazon ecosystem. Omnichannel experience is a plus, but Amazon mastery is non-negotiable.
  • You understand Amazon Ads mechanics at a level that allows you to challenge agencies and teams with confidence.
  • You clearly understand volumes, ranking mechanics, and conversion drivers — Amazon is a system, not a mystery.
  • You have built, led, and scaled strong teams rather than just managing inherited setups.
  • You see constraints as opportunities and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon compliance: what claims are allowed, risky, or prohibited, and what triggers listing suppressions and how to prevent them.
  • Track record of continuous A/B testing for hero images and creative optimization.
  • Strong passion for visuals and brand presentation — you can confidently explain what makes an Amazon image truly convert.

Additional skills we'd love to see:

  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Affiliate Marketing, and other off-Amazon traffic sources.
  • Strong operational leadership: clear KPIs, prioritization, sprint-based execution, and accountability across functions.
  • Ability to act as a qualified internal "client" for PPC, design, analytics, and account management teams.

How success will be measured (KPIs):

  • Revenue growth with healthy profitability (not growth at any cost).
  • PPC efficiency and disciplined scaling (ACoS / TACoS aligned with growth stage).
  • Organic ranking performance for priority keyword clusters and hero SKUs.
  • Conversion rate growth driven by premium content and creative testing.
  • Successful launches of the next wave of products.
  • Consistently high-quality team execution
