We are building a digital marketing agency from the ground up, focused on delivering high-performance growth solutions for international brands. The goal is to expand into EU and Scandinavian markets with strong positioning and execution.

This is a true founding role with ownership and long-term upside.

Your Role

As Co-Founder – Head of Digital Marketing, you will own client results, service delivery, and growth strategy.

• Develop and lead the agency’s marketing frameworks and service offerings

• Oversee paid media, SEO, content, funnels, and performance strategy

• Define positioning, niche focus, and value proposition

• Build scalable systems for client acquisition and retention

• Ensure strong ROI and measurable growth for clients

• Contribute to overall agency growth and expansion strategy

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing and performance strategy

Experience working with international brands preferred

Strong understanding of paid media, funnels, and analytics

Ability to build systems from zero

Strategic thinker with global market awareness

Long-term entrepreneurial mindset
