Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive cross-functional automation initiatives that enhance internal operations and boost team productivity across our SaaS platform. This role will be responsible for end-to-end execution of projects that embed AI technologies into workflows, streamline key processes, and lead collaborative efforts across teams in a fast-paced, sub-50-person environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own strategic programs focused on AI implementation and automation across our SaaS platform
Translate business goals into executable roadmaps with clear milestones, KPIs, and communication loops
Partner with engineering, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery
Implement and scale repeatable processes that optimize delivery, reduce churn, and increase speed-to-value
Champion project management best practices and keep multiple teams focused and accountable
Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and emerging tech to recommend innovation paths
Act as the connective tissue between leadership vision and tactical execution

Required Experience & Skills

10+ years in Project or Program Management, with a record of leading complex, cross-team initiatives
5+ years in automation (workflow optimization, RPA, or systems integration)
3+ years working in SaaS (preferably B2B, startup or scale-up environment)
1+ year of hands-on AI learning (could be through courses, bootcamps, or applied projects)
Strong organizational and time management skills with an obsession for clarity and outcomes
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a small, agile team (under 50)
Experience building scalable systems and tools without bureaucratic overhead
