Most people today have assets across multiple platforms, bank accounts, investments, insurance policies, digital assets, and important documents. Yet very few families know where everything is when it matters most.
NextOf solves this problem by giving individuals a secure platform to organise their assets, documents, and financial information in one place, while enabling trusted family members to access them when needed.

The Role
We are looking for a Head of Business to help scale NextOf into the leading digital estate organisation platform in Asia. This is a founding leadership role that will work closely with the founder to drive growth, partnerships, and commercial strategy.
The ideal candidate is someone who combines startup execution, business development, and product thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial growth of NextOf including user acquisition and partnerships.
- Develop and execute business strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
- Build partnerships with financial institutions, insurance providers, fintech platforms, and digital services.
- Identify new revenue opportunities including subscriptions, partnerships, and embedded services.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape the platform roadmap.
- Build and manage the early business team as the company scales.
- Represent NextOf in discussions with partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for someone who is excited to build something meaningful from the ground up.
- Preferred background:
- 3–5+ years experience in fintech, startups, consulting, or business development.
- Strong understanding of financial services, digital platforms, or consumer technology.
- Experience building partnerships or scaling digital platforms.
- Comfortable working in early-stage startup environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution ability.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with banks, insurance companies, or fintech ecosystems.
- Experience launching or scaling consumer platforms.
- Prior startup or founding experience.
- Understanding of financial planning, wealth platforms, or estate services.

Location
NextOf operates as a fully remote company. Candidates can work from anywhere, though Malaysia or Southeast Asia-based candidates are preferred.
