Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Handyman at Willco Property LTD. The Handyman will be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including general property upkeep, addressing minor electrical and plumbing issues, assembling furniture, and painting. Responsibilities also include regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance needs, ensuring a safe and functional environment for clients and tenants. Collaboration with other team members and effective prioritization of tasks are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
- Proficient in general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Knowledge of electrical systems and experience handling minor electrical repairs
- Ability to perform furniture assembly and other property-related tasks
- Detail-oriented and capable of conducting thorough inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing maintenance needs
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Access to reliable tools and equipment is a plus
