Role Overview
As our GTM Strategist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, adoption, and customer engagement through data driven go to market strategies. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the entire customer lifecycle and influence the direction of our market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing SaaS products.
- Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and optimize product positioning.
- Lead product launches, define pricing frameworks, and create messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Analyise KPIs, funnel metrics, and market trends to measure GTM effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and influence senior stakeholders to ensure cohesive market execution.
- Identify new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities to accelerate market penetration.
- Champion a customer-centric approach across all GTM initiatives, ensuring exceptional experience throughout the customer journey.
Required Candidate Profile
- Proven SaaS GTM Expertise: 5 to10 years leading go to market strategies for B2B SaaS products, with deep understanding of subscription models, SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV), and complex sales cycles.
- Strategic Leadership: Experience shaping and executing multi-product GTM strategies, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and aligning cross functional teams.
- Market & Customer Insight: Ability to translate market research, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence into actionable GTM plans.
- Data Driven Decision Making: Advanced analytical skills; comfortable with quantitative modelling, forecasting, and deriving actionable insights from metrics.
- Product Launch & Positioning Mastery: Skilled in product messaging, pricing strategy, launch planning, and adoption frameworks.
- Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional communicator capable of building consensus, presenting complex strategies clearly, and driving alignment across distributed teams.
- Innovation & Growth Mindset: Entrepreneurial thinking with a proven track record of scaling products or markets successfully.
- Preferred: MBA or equivalent; experience in international markets; familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), analytics platforms (Looker, Tableau), and GTM frameworks (SPIN, Challenger Sale).
