Role Description
This is a part-time, partnership-based, remote role located in Istanbul, Türkiye, for a Growth Specialist.
Please note that this role is currently unpaid, as PetsApp is an early-stage start-up. The selected candidate will join the founding journey and, if both performance and company growth align, there will be an opportunity to receive equity and become a partner in the company.
This role is designed to be flexible and can be progressed entirely during your off-hours, outside of your primary job. It does not require full-time commitment, making it suitable for individuals looking to contribute to a growing start-up while maintaining their current professional responsibilities.
The Growth Specialist will develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify trends, optimizing funnels, and launching impactful campaigns aligned with company goals. The role also involves content management, including social media channel management, marketing content creation, and blog writing to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in growth and marketing roles, with a strong understanding of user funnels and engagement tactics. Being able to apply growth hacking techniques and develop creative strategies for user acquisition and retention will be a significant advantage.
- Ability to follow social media trends, understand platform dynamics, and create content that resonates with audiences.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and growth measurement practices is advantageous.
