Growth Marketing Lead
Streamily is a fan commerce platform that connects fans with voice actors, screen actors, creators, and VTubers through livestream autograph signings and merchandise. We work with hundreds of talent across gaming, anime, film, and TV. Our buyers are passionate fans who collect signed prints, posters, and custom artwork from their favorite characters and franchises.
The Role:
This is a hands-on growth role, not a strategy-only position. You will own the entire retention marketing function: retention, lifecycle email, segmentation, campaign strategy, and ad creative inputs. You will report directly to the CEO.
We have tens of thousands of buyers in HubSpot and a retention engine in early stages. You will own it and turn it into a revenue-generating machine.
This is a revenue-growth role. We expect measurable impact on repeat purchase rate, email-attributed revenue, and customer lifetime value within your first 90 days.
Retention and Lifestyle Marketing:
- Build and optimize automated email sequences: welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, win-back, and sunset flows.
- Segment buyers by RFM score, franchise interest, and purchase behavior.
- Design and execute campaigns targeting specific cohorts (lapsed VIPs, loyal cooling, new buyers).
- Own email deliverability, open rates, click rates, and revenue attribution.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan and run promotional campaigns tied to talent events, franchise launches, and seasonal moments.
- Coordinate with the partnerships team on talent event marketing and fan activation.
- Direct paid ad creative and targeting strategy. You will not run ads yourself, but you will own what gets promoted and to whom.
Social and Content Direction:
- Partner with our social media lead to set the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. Define what gets promoted, when, and why. You are not posting content yourself. You are helping to drive the strategy and ensuring social delivers measurable traffic and revenue, not just engagement metrics.
- Help ensure content calendar aligns with talent events, franchise launches, and promotional campaigns.
Reporting and Optimization:
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards showing campaign performance, email metrics, and revenue attribution.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, offers, and creative.
- Report weekly to the CEO on what is working, what is not, and what you are changing.
Must Have:
- 3-5+ years in e-commerce or DTC growth marketing with measurable retention results.
- Deep experience with email/SMS lifecycle marketing (HubSpot strongly preferred, Klaviyo or similar accepted).
- Hands-on with segmentation, RFM analysis, and cohort-based campaign design.
- Can build dashboards and pull their own data. Not dependent on analysts.
- Clear communicator who leads with results, not jargon.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fan commerce, entertainment, gaming, or anime/manga industries.
- Familiarity with creator economy platforms or marketplace businesses.
- Experience with paid social (Meta, TikTok) even if not managing spend directly.
- Comfort with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Interest in or knowledge of VTubers, voice acting, or fandom communities.
What This Role is Not:
This is not a brand marketing role. We are not looking for someone to run awareness campaigns or build a content studio. This is a revenue-focused growth position. If you cannot tie your work to dollars, this is not the right fit.
This is also not a manager-of-managers role. You will be doing the strategic, analytical, and execution work yourself.
Why Streamily:
- You will own the entire retention marketing function at a growing company. No layers. No red tape.
- The upside is real: tens of thousands of buyers, strong fandom engagement, and a lifecycle marketing program ready to scale.
- You will work directly with the CEO. Your ideas get heard and executed the same week.
- Fully remote. Results matter.
- Fan commerce is a growing space. Gaming, anime, and VTuber audiences are expanding rapidly, and Streamily is at the center of it.
