A smart, driven Growth Marketer who thrives in discovering and inventing ways that customers can find our product, and choose to use it. You are able to build a growth channel from scratch. You execute rapid, targeted experiments and finding out how, and to what extent a channel can scale.

You are willing to work in an environment of competition, uncertainty and change. You are able to bring creativity, rigor, imagination and analysis to inform your daily decisions. You like seeing the joy people get when they discover and use a great product.

You’ll learn how to build and scale a modern, high-performing growth machine. This is a high-impact role with full ownership: you’ll identify problems, pitch solutions, run experiments, and take ideas from zero to one.

You’ll go deep into paid ads one week, partnerships the next, and newsletter ads after that. No two weeks look the same. If you want breadth, speed, and the kind of learning most people wait years for — this is it.

You’ll also be surrounded by a fast-moving team that cares about clarity, momentum, and good judgment over perfection and have built products in the past used by 50M users per month.

📍 What you’ve probably done before

Worked in a fast-paced startup, growth, marketing, or founder-led environment
Used data (and a spreadsheet) to back your ideas and forecast outcomes
Shipped and managed at least one full-cycle experiment/channel from idea to launch
Written clearly and persuasively to win consensus across teams
Picked up new tools, frameworks, or spaces quickly and independently
Jumped on calls or sent cold DMs when something needed to move forward
Developed a strong gut feel for what actually works in performance marketing or creative ads

Thinking analytically and creatively at the same time
Using tools to work faster, write better and test more rapidly
Spotting good creative and great copy
Asking intelligent questions and learning quickly from any starting point
Making your point clearly on Slack, Notion, and in meetings
Rallying teams behind your ideas
Knowing how to balance speed and precision
Being consistent, self-managed and obsessed with getting things done

Since we started the company we have built multiple products including the #1 price testing testing app for Shopify, which we sold to an investor. We are builders/makers first, and love building intelligent, easy to use products that customers enjoy using.
