Salary Range: $1500 - $2,500 USD/month

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing & Ops Support Specialist to serve as the executional backbone of all paid media and evergreen campaign workflows. This is a full-time, remote role ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in building, managing, and reporting on Meta and Google campaigns with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate thrives in asynchronous, fast-moving environments, communicates proactively, and is eager to take ownership of execution so that the leadership team can stay focused on strategy.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📈 Campaign Execution & Management

  • Set up, launch, and QA Meta and Google Ads campaigns
  • Assemble creative using templates; write copy variations using provided messaging
  • Apply tracking using standardized UTM structures
  • Follow SOPs for budget, targeting, and scheduling

📊 Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track key weekly performance metrics (CTR, CPC, LPV, CPA, spend)
  • Identify underperformance or anomalies and flag them to your manager
  • Maintain a performance archive (Google Sheets, Asana, links, screenshots, notes)

🗃️ Asset & File Management

  • Organize creative briefs, reports, and assets using Google Drive
  • Follow naming conventions and version control guidelines

💬 Collaboration & Communication

  • Submit weekly work plans and daily updates via Slack
  • Communicate progress asynchronously using Loom, Slack, and Asana
  • Meet weekly with your manager to raise questions and receive strategic guidance
  • Share weekly campaign updates with company leadership

✅ Must-Have Skills (Day 1)

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing fundamentals (funnels, UTM tracking, conversion events)
  • Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
  • Fluent in written and spoken American English
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive)
  • Comfortable using Slack, Loom, Asana (or similar tools)
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow systems/SOPs

🧠 Nice-to-Have (Trainable)

  • Experience with XML product feeds and catalog maintenance
  • Familiarity with internal UTM conventions and auction campaign types
  • Basic design skills using Canva, Google Slides, or similar tools
