Work Style & Expectations
- 6 days a week, 9 hours/day
- Fully remote
- More often than not, you will work beyond 9 hours
- Fast timelines, real deadlines, real ownership
- Daily collaboration with founders and a small, high-performance team
If you are not deeply driven by growth, metrics, and execution, this role will not be a good fit.
What You’ll Do
- Own Trao’s growth engine end-to-end
- Design and execute outbound and inbound acquisition strategies
- Build and optimize high-quality lead pipelines (enterprise-focused)
- Develop positioning, messaging, and GTM experiments
- Run cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, partnerships)
- Build distribution systems and automation workflows
- Track funnel metrics, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue impact
- Identify new verticals and expansion opportunities
- Work directly with founders on strategy and execution
This role is not about posting content randomly.
It is about building repeatable growth systems.
Tools (You Must Be Comfortable Here)
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Cold outreach platforms (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, reporting tools)
Bonus:
- Experience with Clay, automation workflows, or AI-assisted prospecting
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients

- Proven track record in B2B growth, sales, or GTM
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- High stamina and bias toward action
- Analytical thinking paired with strong communication
- Willingness to execute very fast
