Work Style & Expectations

  1. 6 days a week, 9 hours/day
  2. Fully remote
  3. More often than not, you will work beyond 9 hours
  4. Fast timelines, real deadlines, real ownership
  5. Daily collaboration with founders and a small, high-performance team

If you are not deeply driven by growth, metrics, and execution, this role will not be a good fit.


What You’ll Do

  1. Own Trao’s growth engine end-to-end
  2. Design and execute outbound and inbound acquisition strategies
  3. Build and optimize high-quality lead pipelines (enterprise-focused)
  4. Develop positioning, messaging, and GTM experiments
  5. Run cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, partnerships)
  6. Build distribution systems and automation workflows
  7. Track funnel metrics, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue impact
  8. Identify new verticals and expansion opportunities
  9. Work directly with founders on strategy and execution

This role is not about posting content randomly.


It is about building repeatable growth systems.


Tools (You Must Be Comfortable Here)

  1. CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  2. Cold outreach platforms (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.)
  3. LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  4. Analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, reporting tools)

Bonus:

  1. Experience with Clay, automation workflows, or AI-assisted prospecting
  2. Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients


What We’re Looking For

  1. Strong ownership mindset
  2. Proven track record in B2B growth, sales, or GTM
  3. Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
  4. High stamina and bias toward action
  5. Analytical thinking paired with strong communication
  6. Willingness to execute very fast
