The Mission
Bridgeline is at the intersection of Proptech, Venture Capital, and Commercial Real Estate. We’re looking for our first "boots on the ground" hire—a swiss army knife professional who thrives on building systems, scaling brand presence, and driving revenue.
The Role
This isn't just a sales or marketing job. It’s a growth and enablement role designed for someone who loves the "hustle" of a startup and the precision of a high-end consultancy. You will own our digital voice, our operational backend, and a significant portion of our revenue-generating activity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Content Engine
- AI-Powered Social: Use GPT, Claude, and Gemini to build high-impact social posts
- LinkedIn Mastery: Own the posting schedule and engagement for Bridgeline and its founders
- Multimedia Coordination: Support podcast and webinar production for our VC and Real Estate networks
- Graphics: Create all visual assets for social, decks, and event promotion
2. Events & Networking
- Conference Partnerships: Support our presence at major summits by managing panels and feeding sponsor companies into the mix
3. Growth & Revenue Enablement
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage all invoicing, Work-In-Progress (WIP), and the sales pipeline.
- Prospecting & Research: Use tools to research new tech companies, build owner/operator networks, and execute outreach cadences
- Client Support: Directly support clients with prospecting needs to help drive revenue projections
- Revenue Impact: Contribute to revenue generation in different capacities
4. The "Brain" of the Business
- CRM Admin: Ensure every contact and deal is perfectly tracked and nurtured
- 2-3 Years of Experience: Likely in Marketing, Sales Ops, or a "Founder's Associate" role
- Tech-Fluent: You don't just use AI; you know how to prompt it to get elite results
- The "Figure-It-Out" Factor: You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can build a process where none exists
- Revenue Mindset: You enjoy the thrill of a closed deal and understand how marketing feeds the bottom line
- Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or similar for quick-turn graphics
- Ground Floor: You are employee #1. Your impact will be immediate and visible
