Growth Analyst
About the Role
Farmasi is looking for a Growth Analyst who thrives on turning data into meaningful growth.
In this role, you’ll analyze customer behavior across both web and app, identify conversion drop-offs, and translate insights from GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Insider into clear, actionable strategies that drive performance. Your work will directly influence how millions of users worldwide experience Farmasi’s digital platforms.
You’ll optimize user journeys, improve user experience, validate data accuracy, and ensure every decision is grounded in reliable analytics. This is a hands-on analytical role that blends CRO, performance optimization, data validation, and experimentation, with deep collaboration across our UX, Product, Martech, and Performance Marketing teams.
You’ll report directly to the Global Director of Digital Marketing & Growth, based in North America, and work in a fully remote setup.
What You Will Be Doing
CRO & Testing
- Identify conversion bottlenecks across web and app funnels using GA4 and Microsoft Clarity
- Propose, launch, and monitor A/B tests to improve landing pages, user flows, and conversion rates
- Partner with UX and Design teams to implement, validate, and iterate on data-backed optimizations
- Ensure user acceptance testing (UAT) is done before new features go live
Analytics, Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards that track funnel metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Provide clear, actionable insights to performance, product, and country marketing teams
- Combine data from GA4, Clarity, and Insider to form a holistic view of user behavior across touchpoints
- Conduct regular data accuracy tests to ensure tracking consistency and integrity across GA4, CRM, and Insider
- Ensure that all relevant events for new features are implemented in analytics platforms and that associated tracking is accurate and functioning as intended
- Collaborate with IT and Product teams to fix tracking or tagging issues and maintain clean data pipelines
- Deliver periodic analytics reports for both web and app platforms, highlighting trends, opportunities, and performance shifts
What You Bring
- 3–4 years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, growth marketing, or a similar data-driven role
- Strong proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity
- Proven experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests (and ideally multivariate tests)
- A strong analytical mindset. You enjoy finding patterns in data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Good English communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with teams across multiple countries from time to time
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, startup-like environment

- Experience using the Insider Martech stack
- Background in beauty, wellness, or direct selling industries
