Graphic Designer
Conditions:
- Permanent employment contract with all legal benefits. (Contrato a termino indefinido)
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays and Sundays are off.
- Colombian public holidays are worked and paid with the corresponding legal surcharge.
- Salary paid in COP with bi-weekly payments.
- Remote work from home, with the option to go to the office if you prefer at any time.
- We provide you with the necessary equipment to work.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer (for Apparel & Merchandise) Remote (You must be in Colombia)
Our team is looking for experienced Graphic Designers to join a fast-growing international brand.
What You’ll Do:
• Design production-ready artwork for apparel and accessories, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other branded merchandise
• Prepare final files for textile production processes such as screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and related decoration techniques
• Ensure technical accuracy, color consistency, and high-quality output standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Adapt designs according to production specifications and client requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in apparel, merchandise, or brand-related graphic design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong experience preparing final production files (print-ready artwork)
• Solid understanding of textile printing and decoration processes
• Ability to work in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
• Fluent English (spoken and written) mandatory
