Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer will support the development of high-impact visual concepts, brand explorations, and multimedia content for early-stage initiatives across our platform. This role operates within an incubator-style environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to rapidly ideate, visualize, and bring to life innovative concepts that shape the future of our HR tech, global payroll, and AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Do
- Concept Development & Visual Exploration
- Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for early-stage product ideas, brand experiments, and special innovation projects.
- Develop mood boards, brand explorations, style directions, and visual guidelines for new concepts and pilot initiatives.
- Work in Figma to design UI elements, concept screens, and visual prototypes that complement UX experimentation.
- Graphic, Motion, and Video Design
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, animations, and video content to support storytelling for new features, strategic initiatives, and leadership-driven innovation programs.
- Edit and produce short-form videos for product demos, concept pitches, marketing experiments, and product storytelling.
- Create motion graphics and animated elements that help visualize complex AI/automation concepts in an intuitive way.
- Collaboration on Innovation Projects
- Partner with UI/UX designers, product managers, marketing, and engineering to generate assets needed for rapid prototyping and concept validation.
- Support concept sprints and early-stage ideation with fast-turnaround visuals, prototypes, and presentation materials.
- Help create compelling visual narratives for internal and external presentations related to innovation initiatives—without functioning as an executive support role.
- Brand Alignment & Creative Quality
- Ensure all experimental concepts stay loosely aligned with brand standards while exploring forward-looking creative directions.
- Maintain consistency and high-quality execution across all graphic, video, and digital assets.
- Provide creative recommendations that enhance the clarity, impact, and storytelling effectiveness of new concepts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 3–7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, startups, or innovation-focused environments.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects strongly preferred).
- Strong video and motion design skills (editing, motion graphics, animations, short-form content).
- Demonstrated ability to create clean, modern, visually compelling designs for both digital and multimedia purposes.
- Experience designing for early-stage ideas, experimental concepts, or innovation programs is a strong plus.
- Ability to work with speed, clarity, and creativity in an environment with evolving priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely within cross-functional teams.
