About Artingle
Artingle is a next-generation career and community platform designed for the creative industry—artists, designers, musicians, and other creative professionals. Unlike traditional professional networks, Artingle prioritizes safe onboarding, creative-first profiles, and authentic community-building over resume-driven interactions.
We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to support the development of Artingle’s early visual identity, illustration system, and digital brand assets. This is an unpaid internship designed for students or early-career designers who want real startup experience and strong portfolio work in brand-building and early-stage product design.
What You’ll Do
This role focuses on thoughtful visual development and design refinement—not generic content production.
You will:
- Assist in creating and refining illustrations for Artingle’s website and digital platform
- Support the development of visual storytelling assets aligned with brand direction
- Contribute to motion graphics for the brand
- Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing team to design campaign visuals
- Work under the supervision of the Chief Design Officer to iterate and refine visual concepts
- Help maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, visually curious, and excited about building brand identity from the ground up.
Required
- Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Design, or related field
- Strong foundation in digital illustration and visual composition
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Ability to receive feedback and iterate on designs
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
- Basic motion graphics or animation experience
Nice to Have
- Interest in creative industries (art, design, music, media, and more)
- Willingness to experiment, refine, and grow creatively
What You’ll Gain
While this internship is unpaid, it is structured to provide meaningful, resume- and portfolio-worthy experience.
- Hands-on experience shaping the visual identity of a real startup before public launch
- Exposure to startup design workflows and brand development
- A strong portfolio case study in illustration and early-stage brand design
- Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams
How to Apply
Please apply through LinkedIn or email your application to [email protected],
including:
- Resume
- Portfolio (required)
Your experience does not need to be professional. Personal projects, school work, or freelance work are welcome.
- Internship schedule and hours are flexible to accommodate academic commitments
- Remote work available; U.S.-based required
- Artingle is an early-stage startup committed to inclusivity and respectful collaboration
This is an unpaid internship designed primarily for educational and experiential learning purposes. The internship focuses on mentorship, skill development, and exposure to real-world early-stage design strategy in a startup environment. This role does not constitute an employment relationship, and interns are not entitled to wages or employment benefits. While interns may contribute to visual concepts and design assets, the primary beneficiary of the internship is the intern, and the experience is structured to complement academic learning rather than replace paid work. There is no guarantee of future paid employment upon completion.
