Global Online Assistant


Description

This position at Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle will offer the right candidate an opportunity to play an integral role in several divisions within a global online environment and blends creative innovation with a sales and luxury focus. The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities:

  • E-commerce performance & Online Visual Merchandising:
    • Assisting the management with e-commerce decisions based on KPI analyses: website navigation, e-merchandising, traffic performance
    • Execute weekly sales report and inventory check
    • Execute e-merchandising content updates for brand.com FR/EU
    • Run digital competitor monitoring and report trends and best practices

  • E-Retail:
    • Assist E-retail manager in the launch of new products, e-merchandising requirements in order to build a flawless consumer journey
    • Ensure the quality of digital asset storage library
    • Track and distribute requests for new product copy, email copy and digital assets and distribute to global affiliate partners on regular basis with all newness and modifications.
    • Work with affiliate partners for calendar programming and activations
Qualifications

    • You have initial experience in digital/e-commerce, with an affinity for the luxury and beauty industry.
    • You are an excellent communicator, able to work with international teams and maintain collaborative relationships.
    • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, you demonstrate high attention to detail.
    • You have a perfect command of English and French, as well as Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience with ELC Online tools preferred (.net, Drupal CMS, BI, Confluence, Jira, Google Analytics)
