Job Title: Global Digital Online Training Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote (Need to work EST Hours)

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an organized and proactive Development & Transformation Specialist to support the entire Training Team with direct support to the Global Learning Experience Designer in creating impactful training experiences.
  • This role requires a background in learning management systems (Cornerstone) and a passion for maintaining efficient and effective training content delivery.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional partners to upload, manage, and ensure the accuracy of content.
  • You will also oversee reporting, data analysis, and regular audits of the LMS to ensure all resources are up-to-date and fully optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Instructional Designer to manage content upload and course configurations in the LMS.
  • Monitor the Cornerstone LMS to ensure content accuracy, timeliness, and learner accessibility.
  • Run and analyze LMS reports, providing actionable insights to improve learning experiences.
  • Assist in troubleshooting LMS issues, acting as the first line of support for learners.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate content updates.
  • Regularly audit and review content within the LMS to maintain relevance and quality.
  • Track and report on learning engagement metrics to support decision-making.
  • Onboard new employees to the LMS and provide support where necessary.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and LMS foundations.
  • Hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS platform and troubleshooting issues.
  • Familiarity with Articulate Suite or similar eLearning development tools.
  • Analytical skills to interpret LMS data and provide insights on user engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with global teams and adapt training materials for regional needs.
  • Basic instructional design knowledge to support content creation and updates.
