Job Title: Global Digital Online Training Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote (Need to work EST Hours)

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Development & Transformation Specialist to support the entire Training Team with direct support to the Global Learning Experience Designer in creating impactful training experiences.
This role requires a background in learning management systems (Cornerstone) and a passion for maintaining efficient and effective training content delivery.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners to upload, manage, and ensure the accuracy of content.
You will also oversee reporting, data analysis, and regular audits of the LMS to ensure all resources are up-to-date and fully optimized.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Instructional Designer to manage content upload and course configurations in the LMS.
Monitor the Cornerstone LMS to ensure content accuracy, timeliness, and learner accessibility.
Run and analyze LMS reports, providing actionable insights to improve learning experiences.
Assist in troubleshooting LMS issues, acting as the first line of support for learners.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate content updates.
Regularly audit and review content within the LMS to maintain relevance and quality.
Track and report on learning engagement metrics to support decision-making.
Onboard new employees to the LMS and provide support where necessary.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and LMS foundations.
Hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS platform and troubleshooting issues.
Familiarity with Articulate Suite or similar eLearning development tools.
Analytical skills to interpret LMS data and provide insights on user engagement.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional ability to collaborate with global teams and adapt training materials for regional needs.
Basic instructional design knowledge to support content creation and updates.
