Job Description

We are looking for an Online Community Manager to help coordinate and nurture interactions within 9bot's online communities. Responsibilities include managing and engaging community members, creating strategies to promote relevant discussions, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants. You will also handle content moderation and report insights regarding community activity. This is a remote, volunteer position offering flexibility and the opportunity to actively contribute to an innovative platform.


Qualifications
  • Community Management and Communication: Experience in engaging, moderating, and energizing virtual communities, along with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including content planning and management for social media, with a focus on increasing engagement and community growth.
  • Project Management and Writing: Skills in organization, task prioritization, and drafting clear written content for communication with community members.
  • It will be considered a plus if you have an interest in automation and digital tools, and enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
