Company Description

We are a stealth-mode AI startup innovating at the intersection of generative AI and multimodal reasoning. Our mission is to build foundational AI systems that go beyond applications, focusing on novel architectures and advanced agentic frameworks.


Role Description

This is a Remote Full-stack Generative AI internship role. You will work on foundational models, multimodal agents, and advanced reasoning engines.

We are currently working on a healthcare-focused AI project, and selected candidates will begin by contributing to this initiative as their first project


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for dialogue and task completion.
  • Build and train multimodal vision-language models for real-time interaction.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and agentic frameworks.
  • Apply RLHF and alignment techniques to optimize model outputs.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in PyTorch and Hugging Face ecosystem (Transformers, Tokenizers, Datasets).
  • Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to implement and adapt research papers into functional code.
  • Portfolio demonstrating original work in NLP/GenAI beyond coursework.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges in India.
  • Demonstrates ownership, research curiosity, and problem-solving ability.


Compensation

This internship is unpaid during the initial 4-month probation period. After successful completion and performance review, a stipend of ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month will be offered, contingent on seed funding.
