Fundraising Board Member

Company Overview:

The Center for Societal Aspiration is a startup 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on trauma healing and daily stability for vulnerable individuals with AI. Our work centers on the CSA AI Trauma Healing Program (in development), which helps people build consistent routines, strengthen emotional regulation, and work toward long-term independence. We run the CSA Social Impact Fellowship that develops the next generation of community leaders.

As we move into our next phase of growth, we are looking to strengthen our board with leaders who bring fundraising expertise and strong community relationships.

What We’re Looking For

We are recruiting board members who specialize in one or more of the following areas:

Major Gifts & Individual Donor Fundraising

• Experience cultivating high-net-worth donors or securing significant gifts.

Corporate Partnerships / CSR / Community Impact

• Experience building sponsorships, corporate giving programs, or corporate philanthropy.

Foundation & Institutional Philanthropy

• Experience in grantmaking, foundation strategy, or managing philanthropic relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Help shape CSA’s fundraising and partnership strategy
• Introduce CSA to your network to secure funding
• Support donor cultivation, campaigns, and community outreach
• Contribute to the organization’s vision, strategy, and oversight
• Participate in board meetings
