Job summary:

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Lead to drive high-impact cloud and application initiatives while guiding a team of skilled developers.

What You’ll Do

Oversee a portfolio of complex technology projects and lead a team of engineers specializing in distributed microservices and full-stack development.
Deliver innovative technical solutions that support key regulatory and business objectives.
Stay current on emerging technologies, experiment with new tools, and contribute to internal and external tech communities.
Mentor and support engineers across the organization, fostering continuous learning and technical excellence.
Partner with digital product managers to build and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences at scale.
Work with a broad range of technologies, including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, HTML/CSS, modern RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS services.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of professional experience in software engineering (excluding internships)
1+ year of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree
7+ years of experience in one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
3+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
4+ years of experience using open-source frameworks
1+ year of people leadership or team management
2+ years of experience working in Agile environments
