Responsibilities

  • Ship clean, modular full-stack apps with React, Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL
  • Build fast, responsive UIs with TailwindCSS
  • Go deep on performance: DOM internals, rendering pipelines, browser APIs
  • Integrate OpenAI and other AI tools directly into product features
  • Own debugging, performance tuning, and cross-browser QA
  • Write reusable TypeScript libraries used across the platform
  • Stay sharp on modern web standards, AI tooling, and performance best practices


Skills & Experience

  • ⁠5-8 years of experience as a software developer, with substantial time spent in both front-end and back-end environments
  • Passion for writing clean, low-level JavaScript - understanding what's under the hood, not just relying on frameworks
  • Fluency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, NestJS, Node.js
  • PostgreSQL mastery: optimized queries, schema design
  • Strong debugging skills and attention to performance
  • Solid Git, CI/CD, and clean commit discipline


Bonus Points

  • Experience with OpenAI APIs or other LLMs
  • Python scripting for backend/data workflows
  • OSS contributions or technical writing
