Role Description

We are hiring a talented Full Stack Developer to architect, build, and maintain core features of our AI-powered SaaS products. This is a full-time remote role where you will work directly with the PO and technical team to build end-to-end features, improve system performance, integrate AI models, and ensure our platform is scalable, clean, and reliable.

You will be responsible for transforming product requirements into fully functional, production-ready features. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, modern development experience, and the ability to work in an autonomous, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features for our SaaS platforms

• Architect clean, scalable APIs and backend systems

• Build responsive, polished UI/UX using modern frameworks (Next.js preferred)

• Integrate AI models and automation logic into production systems

• Implement secure authentication, database logic, and real-time functionality

• Optimize performance, load speed, and data handling across the stack

• Work with QA to test, debug, and ship stable releases

• Participate in sprint planning, task breakdowns, and daily standups

• Collaborate with the PO and product manager to translate ideas into technical solutions

• Maintain clean code, documentation, and long-term scalability

• Contribute to architectural decisions and product evolution

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of Full Stack Development experience

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js

• Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase)

• Solid understanding of backend architecture and API development

• Frontend experience with modern frameworks (React/Next)

• Experience integrating third-party APIs, AI tools, or automation platforms

• Ability to build clean, scalable, maintainable codebases

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern dev workflows

• Bonus: Experience with AI (OpenAI, Python models, LangChain), DevOps, or cloud infrastructure
