The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team of 3-5 developers working on a mix of client-facing projects (KFS/Kuali Financial Systems) and internal product development (Envy platform). You'll be building and maintaining enterprise web applications that serve higher education institutions across the country.

This is an early-career role ideal for someone with foundational experience in enterprise Java development and a strong drive to learn and grow. What You'll Do

Build and maintain enterprise web applications for both client and internal projects—primarily in Java, but also TypeScript, Python, and other languages as needed
Collaborate with a small, focused team to deliver reliable software on schedule
Work across the full stack—backend services, database integration, and front-end interfaces
Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of our development practices
Learn and adapt to new frameworks, tools, and technologies as projects require

What We're Looking For

Some experience with enterprise Java web application development
Strong foundation in SOLID design principles and object-oriented programming
Familiarity with Spring Framework, Oracle databases, and AWS cloud services
Working knowledge of Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines
CS degree or equivalent experience (bootcamp, self-taught, or related field welcome)
A mindset focused on shipping quality code regularly
Strong eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

Nice to Have

Experience with Kuali Financial Systems (KFS) or other Kuali products
Background working with higher education institutions or enterprise ERP systems
