Role Description

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to join Lexireach as a Founding Engineer or Technical Co-founder. This is a full-time, remote, equity-only position—ideal for someone excited about building something from the ground up and owning a significant part of the product and vision.

You will work across the entire stack, leading the development of our AI-driven platform from early prototype to production. Your responsibilities will include both front-end and back-end development, and collaborating closely with the founding team on product and technical strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development

• Strong Front-End Development skills and experience with CSS

• Solid software development fundamentals and experience building scalable applications

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Effective communication and a collaborative mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
