Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can independently handle end-to-end development tasks, mentor junior developers, and contribute to high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate should be strong in hands-on coding, debugging, and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
Train, guide, and mentor junior developers in the team.
Work closely with Tech Leads to plan and deliver assigned modules on time.
Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams for seamless delivery.
Track tasks and sprint assignments using Jira.
Participate in client discussions for requirement understanding and technical clarifications.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed.

Technical Requirements

Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

Back-End: ASP.NET, C#, MVC Framework

Database: SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)

Tools: Jira, Git, Postman, Visual Studio / VS Code

Additional Requirements:

Hands-on experience with REST API development and integration
Strong understanding of MVC architecture and full-stack development lifecycle
