Job Description

This is a remote internship opportunity for an experienced React/Next.js Engineer who can vibe code and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our development team to build sophisticated, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate can jump between multiple complex projects, understand intricate codebases quickly, and deliver production-ready implementations with speed and precision.


What You'll Do and Learn:

  • Architect and build scalable web applications using React and Next.js
  • Work on multiple client projects simultaneously across different tech stacks
  • Develop complex dashboards and interfaces for AI-powered applications
  • Collaborate with designers to create pixel-perfect, production-ready UI/UX implementations
  • Write clean, maintainable, and highly performant React components
  • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across different platforms and browsers
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO using NextJS features
  • Build and maintain component libraries and design systems
  • Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge frontend technologies and AI integrations


Qualifications Required:

  • Strong proficiency in React.js with proven experience building production applications
  • Deep understanding of React hooks, component lifecycle, and advanced React patterns
  • Ability to read, understand, and work with complex codebases quickly
  • Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/ES6+ and TypeScript
  • Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API)
  • Knowledge of responsive design, CSS-in-JS, or Tailwind CSS
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to debug complex issues independently
  • Fast learner who can adapt to different projects and tech stacks seamlessly
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative team player
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously
  • Portfolio demonstrating previous ReactJS work


Preferred:

  • Proficiency in TypeScript with complex type systems
  • Experience with advanced Next.js features (middleware, API routes, edge functions, ISR)
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and modern data fetching patterns (React Query, SWR)
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS and building custom design systems
  • Understanding of web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
  • Experience with version control workflows and Git best practices
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
  • Familiarity with animation libraries (Framer Motion, React Spring, GSAP)
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility
  • Experience with Figma or design tools
  • Open source contributions or side projects showcasing your work
