Frontend Developer

Location: Remote-Friendly (Central US time zone is highly preferred)


Role: We are looking for an experienced Front-End Engineer who can take ownership of building advanced user interfaces for real-time AI products. This role focuses on creating smooth, intuitive, and visually clean front-end experiences for tools such as monitoring dashboards, workflow editors, training views, and other interactive systems. These products handle fast-changing data and require strong attention to usability, structure, and performance.


The team is shifting its focus toward polished user-facing features, so we need someone who can handle both visual design details and complex technical challenges. This is meant for someone who enjoys shaping UI patterns, organizing front-end architecture, and turning loose product ideas into working, well-designed features.


You will help guide technical choices, solve difficult front-end issues, and influence how the product looks and behaves.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and refine interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
  2. Create and iterate on visual tools such as dashboards, timelines, and interactive workflow components
  3. Work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver clean, scalable solutions
  4. Improve and expand the existing design system with reusable components
  5. Manage complex UI behavior where data and layouts update in real time
  6. Focus on high-quality user experience, including motion, layout, edge-case handling, and accessibility
  7. Help direct front-end technical decisions as the product grows


What You Bring

  1. 8+ years working in front-end engineering roles
  2. Strong background in React, TypeScript, and component-driven development
  3. Deep experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and UI interaction principles
  4. Experience developing or maintaining a design system
  5. Bonus experience with GraphQL, mapping/video interfaces, or AI-driven UI features
  6. Ability to design and build complex data-heavy interfaces
  7. Strong eye for visual consistency and layout quality
  8. Exposure to backend languages like Go, Python, or Java is a plus
  9. U.S. citizenship required
