We are looking for a custom frontend web developer who can build fast, lightweight, high-converting websites. This role is ideal for beginners who already understand custom frontend development and want real-world experience working on performance-driven projects.


⚠️ This is NOT a WordPress role.

If you only work with WordPress, page builders, or themes, this position is not for you.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Working On
  • High-speed landing pages for lead generation
  • Custom frontend websites (no CMS)
  • Mobile-first, conversion-focused layouts
  • Websites optimized for Google Ads traffic
  • Simple UI with call & WhatsApp CTA buttons
  • Performance-focused builds (fast load times)
✅ Required Skills (Any One Stack Is Fine)
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (strong basics)
  • OR React / Next.js
  • Basic responsive design
  • Ability to build clean and fast UI
  • Understanding of website speed & performance
  • Ability to follow designs & instructions accurately
➕ Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience with Vercel or similar deployment
  • Basic knowledge of SEO & Core Web Vitals
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
  • Understanding of conversion-focused design
