Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating freight logistics, building and maintaining client relationships, sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, managing transportation schedules, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and providing efficient and cost-effective supply chain solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations, including knowledge of logistics processes and the freight market
Strong Customer Service skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
Experience in Dispatching and coordinating shipments effectively
Expertise in Account Management to manage client portfolios and troubleshoot issues promptly
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines independently
Previous experience in freight brokerage or related logistics roles is highly preferred

Freight Rate Specialist
