Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freelancer client representative at Purvi Design Studio. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and providing a seamless customer service experience. Responsibilities include promptly addressing client queries, ensuring smooth project coordination, and maintaining high standards of communication throughout. The individual will act as a vital link between the studio and clients, ensuring expectations are met and delivered with excellence.

- Familiarity with design, CAD documentation, or furniture production is a plus
- Previous experience in client-facing roles is an advantage
