Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Freelance Writer based in Alaska United States. The Freelance Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and reviewing various forms of content including articles, blogs, web content, and social media posts. The role will also involve conducting thorough research on relevant topics, developing content outlines, and ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s voice and guidelines. Additionally, the Freelance Writer will collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas.

Qualifications

Content creation skills including Article Writing, Blog Writing, and Web Content Writing
Editing and Proofreading skills to ensure content accuracy and quality
Research skills to gather accurate information and data for content
Experience in developing content outlines and strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content ideas
Experience with social media platforms is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
