We are seeking an agent with thorough expertise in gaming and esports to recruit, represent & manage top tier esports players, streamers & content creators in the CIS region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the esports ecosystem across different titles, highly developed negotiation skills and, most importantly, a passion for talent development.

Responsibilities

Scout & recruit top-tier talent across the most popular esports titles in the region, with primary focus on Counter-Strike 2 & Valorant;
Provide clients with a day-to-day support, utilizing provided resources and own expertise;
Source, structure, negotiate & close deals for clients, both in the context of professional play as well as commercial opportunities;
Stay informed about the market moves, trends and developments;
Establish, develop & nurture relationships with clients, esports organizations, partners & brands;
Work closely with the rest of the talent division to help drive opportunities

Requirements:

Ideally, at least 3-5 years of prior professional experience in the esports, sports or entertainment industry;
⁠Excellent knowledge of the local markets with an already established network across the key areas;
⁠Proven track record in leading high-profile negotiation, sales and marketing;
⁠Strong communication skills;
⁠Outstanding work ethic, attention to detail & ability to handle confidential information;
⁠A team player with client-first approach, striving to make a positive impact;
⁠A degree in a related field (Sports Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal) is a plus
