Founding Operations / Chief of Staff

Nummi is an AI workspace designed to think with you — a personal assistant platform that remembers your context, learns your workflows, and adapts to how you get things done.


We're looking for a high-agency operator to help us build from the inside out. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks like a founder, and can wear multiple hats across strategy, ops, growth, and product support.


What You’ll Do:
  • Partner directly with the founder on high-leverage initiatives (product, GTM, hiring, fundraising, ops)
  • Build and own internal systems (Notion, CRM, docs, product dashboards, etc.)
  • Coordinate across design, product, growth and engineering (think glue, not gatekeeper)
  • Handle special projects — investor comms, user research, onboarding flows, growth loops, and more
  • Help shape how we scale — hiring processes, internal culture, roadmap alignment


What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–6 years experience across startups, ops, VC, strategy, or product — or just built cool shit
  • Strong writing & communication skills — can simplify complexity
  • Builder’s mindset — no job too small, no system too sacred
  • Obsessed with tools, workflows, AI, and improving how people work
  • Bonus: Previous chief of staff, founder, or generalist experience
