Founding Head of Brand & Messaging (equity-based compensation only)

Zentrais is building trust infrastructure for the internet.

We solve the misinformation and credibility crisis by pricing trust through our proprietary Cognitive Resonance Index (CRI). Our platform includes Perspective (debate), Dialog (expert sessions), and Exchange (trusted marketplace).

Right now, we need someone who can make all of that immediately understandable.

Not simplified.

Not watered down.

But clear.

What You’ll Do

You will own how the world understands Zentrais.

• Rewrite and refine our entire website

• Translate complex trust infrastructure into language anyone can understand

• Clarify CRI so it feels intuitive, not technical

• Structure messaging for consumers, SMEs, enterprises, and investors

• Improve flow, tone, and hierarchy across all pages

• Ensure consistency between product, pitch deck, and website

• Craft product microcopy that increases trust and engagement

• Position Zentrais as the standard for credibility online

You are not just editing words.

You are shaping perception.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong ability to simplify complex systems

• Experience in product messaging or brand architecture

• Clear, structured thinking

• Ability to think like a user and like an investor

• Strong understanding of consumer psychology

• Experience with early-stage startups preferred

If you’ve ever looked at a website and thought,

“This makes sense in their head but not on the page,”

you’re who we’re looking for.

Compensation

This is an equity-only founding role.

We are pre-seed and building toward scale.

You will receive meaningful equity with vesting structure aligned to long-term contribution.

This is for someone who wants ownership, not freelance work.

Why This Matters

Trust online is broken.

Reputation is gamed.

Clout replaced credibility.

Institutions are struggling to verify truth at scale.

Zentrais is building the infrastructure layer that makes integrity measurable.

We need someone who can articulate that clearly and powerfully.

If you want to help define how the next generation understands credibility online, let’s talk.
