About Counselio:

Counselio is building the first AI-powered copilot for college admissions counselors — helping them streamline strategy, unify student narratives, and give data-backed advice with confidence. We’re at the earliest stage, but with a huge vision: transforming how admissions guidance is delivered.


Why this role matters:

You’ll be the growth engine at the ground floor. From shaping our go-to-market strategy to closing early partnerships with independent counselors, you’ll play a direct role in defining our customer base and revenue model.


What you’ll do

  • Lead cold outreach campaigns to admissions counselors, school networks, and education orgs
  • Build scalable marketing funnels (email, LinkedIn, partnerships)
  • Shape brand positioning & messaging with the founding team
  • Represent Counselio at relevant industry events & communities
  • Experiment, iterate, and find repeatable channels that bring in paying customers
