Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 + 0–3%+ ESOP (earned on merit)

A digital asset management platform building infrastructure for on-chain wealth. The product enables users to trade, earn yield, and manage assets across multiple blockchains through a secure, self-custodial experience.
The goal is to deliver scalable crypto infrastructure capable of competing with leading global fintech and digital asset platforms.
Funding to date is in the low seven figures from a Family Office.
The team operates as a small, high-ownership group with a flat structure.
This is a founding engineering position for a builder who ships production systems end-to-end and operates with full ownership. There is no predefined tech leadership structure — the strongest technical contributor sets the standard through execution.
You will work across the stack, from user-facing products to backend services, Web3 integrations, and infrastructure.
- Build and ship production systems end-to-end
- Own features from architecture to deployment and operation
- Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Implement and integrate wallet architecture, RPC interactions, and DeFi protocols
- Operate in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment with high accountability
- Strong TypeScript experience
- Deep knowledge of:
- Wallet architecture
- RPC interactions
- DeFi integrations
- Proven record of shipping live production systems
- Early engineer (1st–3rd hire) at an early-stage DeFi or fintech startup
- Built and owned complex systems end-to-end
- Experience working in small teams without heavy structure
- Comfortable handling production pressure
