Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Founding Full Stack Developer at crcle. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end development, owning features from concept to launch. That includes building responsive, high-performance mobile interfaces, improving infrastructure, and collaborating closely with the founding team to iterate quickly.

We're early, we're moving fast, and this is a rare opportunity to help shape a breakout consumer product from the ground up.

Qualifications

Proficiency in React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications
Strong experience with full-stack development: Node.js, Fastify, and Prisma ORM (or other relational databases)
Proficient with Git/GitHub and version control workflows
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Excellent communication and ability to work independently
Experience in early-stage startups or lean teams is a big plus
