Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Analyze and report on operating expenses, productivity, and compensation trends
Build and enhance financial reporting tools and dashboards
Prepare and present financial analysis to senior leadership
Support board and lender reporting packages
Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A
Assist with audit support and ad hoc financial projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Background in healthcare, preferably PE-backed healthcare
5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a mid-market or larger organization
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience working with large data sets and reporting systems
Strong communication skills and a proactive, analytical mindset
CPA or public accounting background preferred
